Principle

A consignment is not a database row. It is a chain, and chains break at the weakest link.

Most delays do not happen on the road. They happen at the handovers: at transshipment, at the loading bay, inside a customs procedure, during the hour in which nobody is responsible.

So every consignment here has one named dispatcher — from order intake to proof of delivery. No ticket system, no anonymous hotline, no shift handover without a written handover record.

We do not measure ourselves in kilometres driven. We measure ourselves in handovers where nothing went wrong.

Modes

Four routes. One accountability.

The right mode is decided by the consignment, not by whatever capacity happens to be free. We cost all four against each other and show you the calculation.

01 / 04

Road

The mode that never sleeps.

Full loads, part loads and groupage across Europe. Our own tractor units on the lanes we run every day, vetted partner hauliers for everything beyond that. Curtainsiders, box trailers, double-deck and temperature-controlled units.

Rail

When tonnage matters more than hours.

Intermodal via the terminals at Großbeeren, Hamburg and Duisburg. We handle first and last mile, book the line haul, and own the interface with the terminal — you deal with one consignment, not three suppliers.

03 / 04

Sea

Predictable down to the sailing window.

FCL and LCL through the North Range, with customs clearance, terminal handling and the groupage runs into Hamburg and Bremerhaven. We book with carriers we have a history with — and we say so when a window is unrealistic.

Air

For the day everything else is too late.

Consolidated air freight and charter out of BER, FRA, MUC and AMS. Known-consignor status, security screening arranged, destination handling included — to the receiver’s bay, not to the cargo terminal.

Contract logistics

The real work happens between two journeys.

Transshipment, picking, packing, interim storage, distribution — the part of the registered business purpose nobody photographs, and the part that decides whether a supply chain holds.

We take on warehousing as a contracted service with committed capacity, batch-level traceability and stock reconciliation into your system. Not as whatever floor space happens to be spare.

Network

Berlin is the node. The rest is corridor.

From Wilmersdorf we dispatch into a network of our own lanes and vetted correspondents. Move the pointer over a node — the transit time shown is the one we commit to, not the one that is theoretically possible.

Process

Five stations. A name at every one.

How a consignment moves through this company — and who signs at each point.

01

Intake

T−1

Order capture, load-securing assessment, dangerous goods classification and customs check. You get an order confirmation with a firm time window, not a four-hour corridor.

02

Transshipment

T+0

Collection, photographic condition record, weighing and transfer onto the line-haul unit. Any deviation from the booking is reported before the unit leaves the gate.

03

Line haul

T+0…

The mode we chose together. Position reports at departure, at every transshipment point and on any deviation over 60 minutes — automatically, without you having to ask.

04

Customs

if required

Export and import clearance through ATLAS, preference documents, declarations of origin. We prepare the paperwork before the border, not at it.

05

Delivery

T+n

Pre-advice to the receiver, delivery inside the agreed window, digital proof of delivery with timestamp and signature, available within the hour.

Compliance

Paperwork that holds up what the order promises.

Road freight is a regulated business, and rightly so. We work under ADSp 2017, hold the required permits and produce evidence on request — in full, not in extract.

Enquiry

Tell us what has to go where.

Four details are enough for a firm answer: what, from where, to where, and by when. We settle the rest by phone — usually the same working day.
