Origin
Out of a dispatch desk that had outgrown itself.
The company came out of a simple observation: shippers get to choose between two bad options — the corporation where nobody calls back, and the owner-operator who hits their ceiling on the second consignment.
Since 2023 we have deliberately built in between: big enough for a European correspondent network, our own cross-dock space and a night dispatch desk — small enough that management knows every major client by name and picks up the phone when it matters.
The company is managed by Dilan D. Schmidt. Share capital is 25.000 EUR.
Principles

We report bad news first.
A delay you find out about yourself is our failure, regardless of who caused it. Anything over 60 minutes goes out before anyone notices.

We say no when we cannot do it.
A deadline we cannot hold does not get confirmed. Not even when the order then goes to a competitor. A declined consignment costs less than a broken supply chain.

We show the calculation.
On request you see what the line haul, transshipment, tolls, customs clearance and our margin cost. People who understand the breakdown negotiate better — and stay longer.
